In this practical workshop with Buddhist teacher Kadam Tim, we explore how Buddhist wisdom and meditation can help us develop a contented mind. We delve into how we can become more satisfied with ourselves, others, and our lives – without our happiness constantly depending on getting something new or more.
Through teaching and guided meditations, you learn simple methods to develop contentment in everyday life. In doing so, we can discover a more stable source of happiness and experience greater peace and joy in our lives without becoming fixated on what we feel we lack.
