Wild Play with the Youngest (baby 4-12 months)

Physical and mental development requires diverse movement, stimulation and sensory input at all ages. This workshop presents games designed to activate your baby's senses, balance and motor skills – from somersaults and spinning to rolls and ball games. The session concludes with a soothing baby massage, followed by practical information on first aid for foreign objects in the airway for babies between 0-12 months old.

The target audience is (grand)parents with babies aged 4-12 months; pregnant women are also welcome and may bring a doll or soft toy. The instructor is authorized physiotherapist and first aid instructor Marianne Mogensen, who has also written the book After Birth – Training and Baby Play. After the workshop, participants will receive notes by email.
