Sitting volleyball for all (+10 years)

Sitting volleyball is an inclusive sport following the same rules as regular volleyball, except players sit on the floor and the net is set at 1.15 m high. It is a fast-paced and challenging game that demands both physical ability and technique.

Participants gather not only to play but also to experience the social community. The trial training is free and requires registration. Organized by Lavia København.
