The Royal Library invites you on an inspiring guided tour through Denmark's most important cultural institution. Visit both the iconic newly constructed Black Diamond building on the waterfront and the historic Holm and Hansen buildings to gain insight into what cultural heritage means and why it is essential for both today and the future.
During the one-hour tour, you will learn about the library's architecture, history, and cultural work – what the institution collects, preserves, and conveys. Tours are held on Mondays at 3 p.m. (English) and Sundays at 12 p.m. (English) and 1:30 p.m. (Danish).
The ticket also provides access the same day to all exhibitions at the Black Diamond. Members of the Diamond Club can receive a discount by providing their membership number at ticket purchase.
