POETRY WITHOUT BORDERS 2026 — poetry gathering at Nordatlantens Brygge

NordOrd at Nordatlantens Brygge invites you to POESI UDEN GRÆNSER 2026, an annual poetry gathering being held for the 11th time. The programme brings together poetry and short prose with connections between the North Atlantic, Denmark and Iraq, and audiences can experience readings by Alberte Parnuuna, Ásta Fanney Sigurðardóttir, Kâlànguak Absalonsen, Maja Lucas, Muniam Alfaker, Nath Krause, Thomas Boberg and Vónbjørt Vang.

Most of the readings will be in Danish, and some of the poems will be read both in the original language and in Danish translation. The event lasts 135 minutes including an intermission, and the literary salon’s café opens 45 minutes before it starts. POESI UDEN GRÆNSER 2026 is organised by the literary salon NordOrd at Nordatlantens Brygge in collaboration with the cultural association Assununu and the Embassy of Iceland. A 25% discount is available for members of Nordatlantens venner, and tickets purchased with this discount must be presented together with a valid membership card at the entrance. Nordatlantens Brygge does not refund purchased event tickets.
