Opera Evening with Pianist Peter Møllerhøj

An elegant evening where classical music meets refined dining. Pianist and organist Peter Møllerhøj offers magnificent music together with two singers while you enjoy a three-course dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

Program

Registration begins at 5:30 PM, the hall opens at 6:00 PM and dinner is served at 7:00 PM. You will experience both instrumental and vocal performances during the meal.

• Appetizer: Gravlax on bread with asparagus, fresh dill and classic brown sauce
• Main course: Slow-braised pork shank with sweet carrots, celery and pearl onions with creamy mashed potatoes
• Dessert: Airy chocolate mousse with crispy chocolate crunch

Practical Information

Members pay 399 kr., guests 499 kr., and students under 30 years 299 kr. (bring student card). Beverages are purchased separately. Registration required via foik.nemtilmeld.dk by October 16 at 6:00 PM 2026. If you arrive late, contact a board member.
