Open Mic (SCENE 1) 2026

Every Thursday throughout the year, Teater Play presents an evening with 7-8 comedians and a host, where you experience some of Denmark's finest stand-up performers test completely new material in front of an audience. The venue's DNA has been rooted in this format for over 20 years – comedy in its purest form.

Each evening's lineup always blends innovative talents, established names, and performers you may recognise from television. Many use this very stage to refine their jokes before major tours or solo shows, which means you hear the newest material before anyone else.

The bar opens one hour before start and remains open during the interval. The theatre holds only 90 seats, ensuring an intimate atmosphere. Minimum age requirement is 15 years. Larger groups (over 10 people) are asked to contact [email protected].
