Scottish postrock band Mogwai returns to Denmark for the concert MOGWAI 30 at the Opera House in November 2026. The band celebrates 30 years since their formation in 1995 with a tour honouring their entire discography – from early experimental work to their latest album The Bad Fire (2025).
Mogwai defines itself through few words: instrumental, atmospheric and dynamic. Stuart Braithwaite and Dominic Aitchison have created music across 11 studio albums that combines fragile melodies with massive soundscapes and explosive climaxes. Each concert is a cinematic experience – a soundtrack to the story unfolding in the listener's own mind. The band has influenced the postrock genre worldwide since the mid-1990s and was notably nominated for the Mercury Prize for the album As The Love Continues (2021).
The concert features Forest Swords as support and is presented by Live Nation.
