Comic artist Line Nordskjold invites you to a creative workshop where you learn to draw manga. Having lived in Japan and grown up with Japanese comic art, Line shares her experience and teaches you tricks for designing your own manga characters with their characteristic large eyes, dynamic sound effects, and flower backgrounds.
The workshop is open to everyone from beginners to experienced mangaka. You'll meet others who love anime and Japanese comics while working in a cozy, intimate atmosphere. All materials are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own favorite supplies.
Three sessions to choose from: Monday 21 September, Thursday 22 October, and Monday 2 November, all from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Space for 25 participants per session.
