KESHAVARA at Ideal Bar

Experience KESHAVARA – a German-Indian band that has created their own unique musical universe at the intersection of Cologne and India. The band blends krautpop, psychedelic soundtracks, and both Western and South Indian musical traditions into a vibrant sonic kaleidoscope where English, German, and Tamil exist side by side.

KESHAVARA presents their fourth album, Moondram Sevi (Tamil for "the third ear") – a dreamy journey between memory and fantasy inspired by childhood Kollywood films and psychedelic visions. The album features 12-string guitars, floating string arrangements, and grooves rooted in funk's golden age – a blend of sonic art and contemporary pop magic that invites both listening and dancing.

Following the release of album III (2024), the band has played across Europe at festivals and tours supporting acts like Khruangbin and Grandbrothers, and has established itself as one of the most original voices on the European psych-pop scene. Their concerts unite music, storytelling, and visual fantasy into a complete artistic experience.
