Dumpling Workshop

Learn to make authentic, homemade dumplings with meat and vegan options under the guidance of a Chinese expert. Hot Pot Republic brings Asian food culture to you and your friends in Copenhagen through this popular hands-on activity.

You will learn how to prepare dumpling fillings with ingredients from local supermarkets, fold dumplings according to traditional pleating methods, and prepare them at home using steaming and pan-frying techniques. Each participant will make approximately 30 dumplings, which you can take home and share with family and friends.
