Michelle and Global Kidz invite children on a dance adventure filled with movement joy and fun. Dance Sprout classes are designed for younger children who want to explore dance through play, free movement and body discovery.

The teaching blends inspiration from Brazilian dance, hip-hop, Afro dance and more, all combined with playful exercises and games. With a focus on body awareness and confidence in a safe community, children can express themselves without pressure.

Trial Class

Free trial training is available as long as spaces remain. Season registration fee: 775 kr. (reduced gradually during the season).

Seasons

  • Autumn: September–December (weeks 36–49)
  • Spring: January–May (weeks 3–17)
