Buster Isitt

Buster Isitt's musical universe is crafted from dreamy guitars, fragile vocals, and harmony deeply rooted in jazz and Brazilian music. Each composition invites inner reflection through a constant, whispering dialogue that speaks equally to the heart and intellect.

The Swedish-Danish guitarist, composer, and songwriter grew up in Stockholm and draws inspiration from folk, jazz, and South American musical traditions. His sound stands on the shoulders of artists such as Egberto Gismonti and Pat Metheny, while bearing a wholly personal signature. After years on the Danish music scene with collaborations including David Miilmann Group and Veronika Rud, he released his first EP under his own name. His debut single "Kan jag glömma" received a DMA Jazz Award nomination as single of the year in 2025.

Live, Buster Isitt's concerts create intimacy and honesty through interplay with some of the country's finest musicians. Here genre and mood boundaries dissolve, and the imperfect is allowed to shine. The audience is invited into a sensitive and exploratory space where music is freely explored and genuine.
