Experience an interactive children's performance that invites you into the world of birds. BEWINGED takes children on a journey about community, transformation and connection to nature, guided by the two bird experts Vibe and Crane.
The performance unfolds both indoors and outdoors. Children follow the traces of the mythical being Old Feather, learn to fly and navigate like birds, and experience a guided sound journey in magical tent-nests with headphones and sound universes. Along the way, the transformation culminates before the whole flock flies out together and returns as humans – perhaps a little more aware of the world around them.
BEWINGED combines movement, play, sound and imagination in a highly engaging form that speaks to children's curiosity and need for activity. The performance is created by WunschMachine with Helga Rosenfeldt-Olsen, Christian Adelhorst Rossil and the voice of Jesper Riefensthal as Old Feather.
A poetic and physical outdoor-experience that offers new perspectives on nature, empathy and community.
