Learn watercolor from an experienced artist and illustrator with strong roots in the local community. Kirsten Isager is a recognized artist whose works often depict motifs from Brønshøj that many neighborhood residents will recognize. Her illustrations have been used in the book "Heldige kartofler" by Signe Wenneberg as well as at both the National Museum and Copenhagen City Museum. Between 1971–73 she studied at the Copenhagen School of Architecture, where she took watercolor and survey courses under the guidance of Torkel Dahl.
During the workshop, you will explore watercolor techniques, color choices, and composition under Kirsten's guidance. The group is kept small – a maximum of 15 participants – to ensure an intimate and personally tailored experience. You are welcome to bring your own materials or use art supplies available at the workshop studio.
