3-Day Drawing Course: Draw & Wine

Join an inspiring three-day drawing course at Christiansborg Castle's historic Copper Kitchen. Under the guidance of artist and art historian Sofia Steinmetz, you will learn classical drawing through still life work – an art genre that has been central to understanding composition, light, shadow, and form for centuries.

Sofia studied art history at the University of Copenhagen and completed extensive artistic training at several international institutions. She is known for her engaged teaching, making classical drawing traditions accessible to everyone – regardless of your level. You will receive professional guidance, practical tools, and inspiration to develop your own visual expression.

The course takes place in the beautiful historic surroundings of the Copper Kitchen, where you have time to observe details, work concentrated on form and proportions, and immerse yourself in drawing. Wine or a non-alcoholic drink will be served during the course, and the atmosphere is informal and relaxed – with room for both concentration and conversation.

Admission: 450 DKK | 360 DKK for club members and young people under 25 years old.
